  • I've tried only two drinks, the Thai tea and regular milk tea with boba. The Thai tea came out unmixed which looked very nice and gave you a good feeling when you shook up your drink. The problem was that it lacks substance. I may just be used to stronger Thai teas with more milk/cream, but it almost treated like sweet Thai water. Some people may like it, but it did not work for me. The regular milk tea was aggressively average. Not great, but not horrible either. The boba is not noteworthy. I have not tried the food there, but there was nothing to compel me to try the food in the first place. What I do like about Urban is their open room space with lots of seating. You can just grab a table and play card games or whatever. The music was agreeable and the lighting created a nice mood. There aren't that many boba places in Phoenix and Urban is not my top pick, but it is close by and convenient. I'm going to have to try their snow before I make my final conclusion.
