  • I was very disappointed after this shop came highly recommended. I was asked if I had a specific barber by the receptionist. I let her know I didn't. She looked to Lena who was sitting to ask if she was willing to cut my son's hair who is 3 1/2. She hesitates and shrugs ok. I'm not expecting her to do jumping jacks, but I'm also not expecting that type of demeanor either. We walk to her booth. I let her know that my son hates to have his shirt on during the haircut. She begins to tell me it shouldn't matter what he wants. Why does it matter to her. I left thinking that was the best option.
