  • If I could give this location 0 Stars I would absolutely a hundred percent do it. This location is a joke the quality of the service inside is ridiculous, mediocre at best. They don't explain to you that you have to come in a week before your due date to cancel your account or they're going to charge your account, also when signing an account in with them they do not tell you that you physically have to go in to cancel anything, so if you are not in town and you need to cancel, the online account manager doesn't even allow you to cancel your account. It tells you to call the store and they tell you you need to come in. What's the point of an account manager if you can't do anything from it? Perks? What perks? I didn't even receive a walk-through when I arrived for my first workout. This place is a joke.
