  • First off, they lost a pair of my pants for 3 weeks. I had stopped in several times to check on them, they finally found them. The next SATURDAY I brought in 2 jackets, 1 pant, 1 sweater. Their sign says "same day service" This is not accurate.... b/c they said it will be ready by THURSDAY. Why? Then, they charged me $56.31 for the 1 pant, 1 sweater, 2 jackets. Isn't that somewhat expensive? I left and then went back the next day because one of the jackets had some dirt right on the front, plus there was still tons of lint/ hair etc on it. I then asked how come they charge so much for something that isn't even clean? They said they'd rewash. Umm yeah, no. I don't think I want to continue to pay almost $60 for this. HORRIBLE!!
