  • Have to give a shout out for the security at West Valley. I "lost" a slot ticket worth nearly $200. Within 5 minutes, a security guard, policeman and floor manager began reviewing video of the area it happened. An hour later, my name was called over intercom. With tears in my eyes, they handed me my cash back, having "found" the missing $$. I know this is an exception to the rule at most casinos, but I found this an extraordinary example of service.
