  • I love this place! Great location, great machines, and they have a movie theater in there for Pete's sake! I always feel welcomed in there and they give you a free personal training session which was amazing. I originally was going to turn it down though, especially because I felt extremely pressured to do it by the first lady I talked to, she was really pushy to the point where I was feeling uncomfortable and stupid for not having the money so it really put me down. But I decided to do it anyway! I was beyond blessed to be put with Liselle! That girl knows her stuff and she genuinely cares about you and your goals. The thing that really stood out is she sets you up for sucess and doesn't make you solely dependent on her to work out. Unlike other trainers in my experience, she tells you different things to try and why so that even if you cant afford to do the program you feel way more confident at the gym, which is why we see them and go to the gym right?! I look forward to being able to do the program one day because of her!!!! Thank you Liselle!!! I love a lot of the staff though! I always see friendly faces when I come in especially the blonde at the front that works almost every day!!! Her name is totally escaping me so I'm sorry girl, but she always remembers mine and it makes my day!!!! I recommend this gym to all my friends.
