  • This has been and continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. The incredible amount of options available is enough to visit Soul but the fact that each is prepared to perfection every single time takes this place to the next level. It would be an incredible sushi restaurant if that's all they served! But they have some incredible small plate options (lamb lollipops...) along with great sides and desserts. The cocktail menu is excellent as well.
