  • It has been over a year that I have been here, and I could not be happier! Yusuf is outstanding as always! I have never seen him in a bad mood. Always so kind and professional. I also love having Monique in the office. She is always so helpful, and has a great attitude as well! Recently, I had a maintenance issue that needed some serious attn. Carlos assisted me with this so well. He helped me from start to finish. His follow through was SO impressive. Seriously!! He really needs some recognition. He always responded bk to me promptly, and he did everything he said he would. Thank you so much, Carlos! I also want to thank the entire Acclaim staff, you guys always go above, and beyond. Just one word for you all...excellent! :)
