  • Absolutely rude. Whoever that guy was refused to do a piercing (which ok I understand if it's the wrong time) acted completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly saying to my friend "sorry, you can come back another time" or "I'm not gonna pierce you now" he proceeded to curse and use the F word. If he was frustrated, fine... BUT ACT LIKE AN ADULT. Not only that, he rudely walked away and had a hissy fit instead of being a professional. Go somewhere else with respectable people. Would never give my money.
