  • Azar has done several alterations for me, but the biggest one by far was for my wedding dress last year. The work she did was great and in addition she gave very helpful opinions (both for and against alterations). She told me I didn't need hemming when I thought I did, saving me money, and later suggested I consider an underskirt so the dress would look right throughout the day. After she suggested it I agreed and after she added the extra layers it was obvious how much better the dressed looked! I could walk around and it remained full and gave it the right look. Her prices are very reasonable and everything was on time. (I wrote a review for Azar a while back and just saw that it had been removed by yelp for some reason. Apparently very positive reviews can have that happen sometimes... however, I truly had great experiences, hence the positive review and the posting again)
