Horrible office staff including the Office Manager that goes by Holly, I started late prenatal care with Dr. Toledo and had some financial struggles to pay up front for my visits but I have been able to pay up front every visit. Sad to say I will not be looking forward to see Dr. Toledo again if I ever expect another child. Billing coordinator is never available, and claims are incorrectly processed to insurances. I've paid over $1800 at their office and my deductible is $2500 they have only processed claims for $1300 so where is the difference I paid going?! I spoke to the medical assistant and requested to have the billing coordinator to give me a call back when she can because I can never get a hold of her, I work weekdays and they are close on the weekends. They were asking me to pay up $600 next visit, I still have questions as to how they are billing me plus I might not be able to pay that amount up front so I was hoping we can arrange something afterwards. Maybe 5 minutes later I get a ball back from the Office Manager ''Holly' without any type of introduction she comes on the line saying that I have to cough up the money whether its through a credit card, borrowing money from a friend or family member, threatening me that she has the discharge papers for Dr. Toledo and he will basically not render any services for my C-section. She also goes on about I'm a medical assistant and should know of this stuff making it more personal, she did not handle the call in a professional manner and resulted in me raising my tone towards her and then her hanging up. To be honest I might have tried to work something out later on to pay up but how Holly approached me in that manner, it left me furious and stressed out. All in all the office staff needs to be reevaluated or cut.
