| - The last time I visited this clinic was in 2015 and my fiancée and I saw Dr. Sarah, who was absolutely amazing! She took the time to talk to us about our kitty, Shelly, and she explained all of the procedures in depth and made sure we had a good understanding of what we should expect at all times. When we went back recently, we discovered that Dr. Sarah had left and was now working somewhere else. We were disappointed but decided to give it a shot since the service had always been good.
It's not that the current vets aren't good at what they do, I'm sure they are very qualified, but we found out that the level of service we got before was completely gone! The particular vet we got was seemingly in a rush, not taking the time to really consult with us, but instead spewing tons of information at us and then leaving the room before we could even say, "...huh?"
Even the assistant wasn't much help. She's terribly nice but so unprepared! She would ask us questions like, "what tests did Shelly get last time?" It's like, shouldn't she know that better than us? They are the ones with the chart after all!
The front desk is not much better. I stood there for quite some time without any acknowledgement and the checkout time is ridiculous!
I only want the best for my Shelly and it would just be nice to feel some sort of comfort and that she's being properly cared for and I just don't feel it. Personal preference but we will probably try to find Dr. Sarah again!
