  • I was referred to this Enterprise from Gerber Collision while I was having my vehicle repaired. Matt Hickman the branch manager and his employee Christine Cooper went far beyond what was expected, more importantly they did it without asking and made it quick and seamless for me. I caused my own issue by forgetting my drivers license and having to drive home and get it- its a liability issue so I understand why they need it (hint- remember your drivers license) and they were still very accommodating to me. Upon returning the vehicle, I also had left an item in the truck and called them, Travis had answered and said he was holding it- I assume he was going to call me to let me know it was there. I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Matt really has a good culture there and while I waited for the vehicle, I heard others sharing the same experience. I plan on using this branch specifically for my car rental needs in the future.
