DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! What a joke of a company! We were assigned to L&S by our home warranty company,, First American, and I am strongly considering changing warranty companies if this is who they send out. I first opened the claim LAST THURSDAY 7/7/16. L&S contacted me on 7/8 and did send someone out the same day. The part they say they need to replace needed to be ordered. However, they didn't even order the part until TUESDAY 7/12, all while knowing I have small children in the home. The part arrived Thursday and I was set for install after 5 pm on FRIDAY 7/15. At 9:40 pm David called me stating he couldn't make it out but that HE would be there SATURDAY morning between 7 & 8. At 8:15 I called him and he was at home stating someone named Carlos was on his way and would be here before 10.... if he was on his way, he should be here way before 10. I called the office and spoke with Desiree who has lovely customer service skills (insert EXTREME sarcasm) and tried to argue with me at first stating someone was out the night before. She finally "got it" and advised me that someone would be out today but that there was no time frame.... at all. Seriously?? So I am supposed to sit in a non A/C house ALL DAY waiting for them to show up whenever they feel like it???? THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I am certain the only reason they are still in business is because they contract with home warranties. No person in their right mind would call L&S with paying out of their own pocket. I did request to speak to a supervisor who seems to never be there, ever. I left her a voicemail stating that if someone doesn't show up TODAY then I will be contacting Channel 13 because this is ridiculous. We already pay for a home warranty so we don't have to pay out of pocket at the time of service. DO NOT USE L&S!!!! If your warranty company tries to send them out, request a different company. Do yourself a favor!!!
