  • This is the worst of all three remodels in the last 5 years. It was aesthetically pleasing as a bloom now looks like a BILO "(terrible) and every isle was changed. The last 2 times I walked in I had a near miss with a cart because there is a huge customer service desk with a refrigerator in front of it with little room to walk through. I been there and there was A line at the self checkout instead of adding they took away registers. I used to go everyday, not anymore Harris teeter will get my money. The customer service is lacking except for manager. If I'm looking lost employees shouldn't walk by with out assisting.
