This front desk person, lex, should be fired. I have never in my life dealt with someone so rude, incompetent, and down right disrespectful. She gave us a dirty look, told us to back up from the front desk, told us we were wrong, said she was going to call security on us for saying shit because other people don't cuss. Well guess what LEX, I don't like your SHIT attitude! She is the reason I will never stay at this hotel, which is a shame because I actually really liked this hotel. I've never experienced someone who works in the customer service industry to have HORRIBLE customer service. Cesar's should send their employees to a customer service training before they start working in these hotels. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I'm a total rewards member and I frequent Vegas. Unfortunately for ballys, myself and everyone I know will never waste our money on this hotel again.
