  • Worst experience with Bernie ever. Rude in person and on the phone. I called in asking to put a hold on two pairs of shoes which she barely had any knowledge about. After checking for me, she was very rude and pushy while telling me she had the shoes but I must come in by the end of the day and along with that she did not care to ask if I had any other inquiries. When I went in, she forgot my name after moments of me introducing myself and describing the products I got her to hold and then she complained about having too many holds when she got the wrong products and the wrong name the minute she came out. She had other customers to tend to but did not care to pay attention to me and when she did she did it in a very irritated manner. Never shopping with her again.
