Overall this dealership should score 5 out of 5 stars. They have a great selection of brands and various models on display, the Sales Team is quite knowledgable and very friendly, the Financing Department is a pleasure to work with, the dealership has some of the best techs (Charlie is one of the best in-house IMHO) around, and they have a several pleasant showrooms to check stuff out in.
Unfortunately, the people that answer the phone for the Service Department and schedule their appointments are the weak link of the operation that demotes the organization to 4 stars for my review.
That particular team is sometimes hard to get a hold of, displayed somewhat rude and unhelpful behavior more than once, and worst of all ...they've relayed just plain wrong information on more than one occasion.
That being said, holistically the dealership is a winner and has been my best experience (over multiple purchases) in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to buy (yet) another bike from them. My hope is that they improve the post-sales experience by maturing the team that answers calls for and schedules appointments for the Service Dept and elevating them up to the level of excellence that the rest of the dealership has displayed over the years.
