  • New Frontier Armory (NFA) offers a great selection of handguns, rifles, optics, parts, and accessories. What separates NFA is their great customer support. I had an unfortunate experience with an online retailer whom shipped me a handgun that did not match their online listing. The handgun was listed as a DA/SA trigger, but an SAO trigger was shipped instead. This was confirmed while inspecting the handgun on NFA premises, before accepting the transfer. NFA and I contacted the online retailer, and the online retailer made 2 attempts to disprove my concern. The NFA associate, Brittany, spoke with the online retailer and explained to them clearly, patiently, and professionally that the trigger was in-fact an SAO trigger. Brittany's explanation was so well communicated that the online retailer had no rebuttal and moved onto accept blame and offer me a full refund. Again, great customer service from Brittany and the whole NFA team! NFA has earned a lifetime customer. Thank you NFA and Brittany. Keep up the great work!
