rev:text	I normally NEVER bash a business...but this is incredibly infuriating! First off, for a pediatric dentist, this dentist was surprisingly insensitive and impatient with my son because he was afraid of the dentist.(As a lot of children are!) Against my better judgement I still decided to continue with her suggestions for treatment. First off...the information in the letter is completely incorrect! We arrived only 30 minutes prior to our scheduled arrival time of noon. (You can check the sign in information at the surgery center). My 5 year old was required to fast since the night prior. He last ate and drank at 9pm. So even if this doctor was on time(which she wasn't) that was already 15 hours of fasting and no water. I also did not expect him to be seen immediately. We asked the front desk at 12:35 what time I can expect him to be called back as his appt was at noon. The women at the front told me the patient before him had not even begun their treatment yet and that Brayden wouldn't be called back to pre-op for an additional hour to an hour and a half. So that would have meant he wouldn't have been called back until 2pm..TWO hours after his scheduled arrival time. To make matters worse....a woman in the office told me her daughters appointment with Dr. Thompson was originally at 2pm....and she was called that morning to show up at 10am for a cancellation....a offer which was not extended to my son? Wouldn't it make sense to move ALL the kids appointments up? So needless to say Dr. Thompson...I will no longer be CHOOSING you as a provider. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.
