Don't fly Porter if you are on a schedule, period. I generally only fly two airlines for business, and I've gone with Porter for two flights (4 segments). Porter is 0 for 4 with me, and refuses to accommodate by offering hotel rooms, partner flights, or even friendly advice on where to stay or what to do when flights are cancelled. I couldn't even get a representative to respond to a call, email, or even speak with me in person. Terrible.
