  • I love small midwest airports because...well they are small. I recently flew in town to catch Game 4 of the NBA finals and watch my beloved Golden State Warriors. Pros: 1) not that many gates 2) close access to everything 3) Clearly marked Uber/Lyft pickup 4) Shuttles to hotels 5) Subway to airport Cons: 1) And a big one for me. The rental car companies close from like 2am to 6am so if you have an early morning flight you have to get a cab uber/lyft. No bueno : (
