  • The copy and printer centre of Staples by far have the worst service. If you ever want to phone them, be sure not to use that extension. I've seen them in person, not giving a crap about the phone ringing. They are very slow at mostly everything. If you want to get a hold of them, I'd suggest using the extension of another department and say "hey, I can't get through to the copying and printing department" and they would physically bring the phone to them and demand them to pick up. 1st time, I sent an online order for essentially a textbook. Or else I would have used my own printer. They called and said the file was too big (102 MB) and will send it to the production site to print it. Lady said if she doesn't give me a phone call I can come in the next business day to pick it up. Sounds reasonable. I go in about 3 business days later and waited about 20 mins for a lady wandering back and forth. I really only wanted to pick up my papers and leave. It was a line of one person. Anyways, it finally got to me and she told me they couldn't print it and I could bring a USB to print in person. I only had the file on Dropbox so I asked her to just let me download the files. She said I had to buy a USB and used one of the computers that require you to pay to download the file. I was in a hurry so okay fine. I gave her the USB and told her to print everything on it and left. Sure enough I got a confirmation email the night of saying I could pick it up. I was at work so I went 2 business days later. After waiting another 20 mins I went to pick up my order. Only 1/5 folders were printed out. This is my textbook that I needed asap. And it was delayed over and over again. I got another confirmation email the next day and grabbed my papers. They missed a chapter of my textbook. I'd solely use this service when my printer can't do it. Ever. Otherwise, no, I wouldn't ever come back.
