  • I have been visiting this salon for years, but the quality has gone down recently. I had the worst manicure today. The gentleman that was providing the service made my nails pointy when I asked for them to be oval, I ended up filing them myself while he watched. The water to soak my hand was ice cold. And the nail polish was applied so thick, after waiting two hours to do some chores around the house, so I could ensure my nails were dry, 4 of them smudged right away. I have loved visiting Jamie and her team there for years, but in the last year or so, I haven't had one good service there. Today was the last one I'll be getting from this place. What use to be the first place I'd recommend to anyone has become overpriced for shoddy work.
