Update***
Dr. Cooper came in and immediately apologized for being late and for the young kids behavior and assured me that it was being handled right then. Dr. Cooper is extremely nice and so was the tech that was helping her (wish i would have gotten her name). Those two ladies changed my impression and made it where i will bring my dog back.
Thank you Dr. Cooper!

Well so far i am not impressed. Young male kid at desk is not very friendly, no smiles no welcome when we walked in and rude. Took him 10minutes to try and figure paperwork out. If he would have just asked me for what he wanted exactly when i first got there it wouldnt have been an issue. I mean he did ask if i had any paperwork for her and I hand him her paperwork and then he tells me after 10 minutes of flipping through it that he doesn't understand the paperwork. How can you ask for medical records and not understand what your given. Not a good first impression. You need to put someone who is friendly put front as first impressions are a make it or break it when wanting to make a return customer.
Will update when we get to see a vet because they are almost 30 minutes late.
