  • I recently purchased a bedroom set from the Kronheims in mentor oh from Nancy not only did they forget to take the payment they harassed me via phone because of their mistake for days while I was at work. Finally when the mirror and dresser was delivered it arrived DAMAGED with a 1ft crack in the wood and it looked like someone tried to cover it up with paint. When I called Tom the manger at the mentor store he wasn't the least bit helpful or apologetic. Tom offered me $50 when if just spent $1500 . I ask for they to pick it up for a refund and Tom refuse because it isn't their policy. It shouldn't be policy to sell "new furniture" and deliver best up refurbished pieces at the same price either. I then proceeded to ask for Tom's manager because this had been the worse customer service I'd ever experienced in my life. Tom gave me Chris Campbell's phone number who actually isn't his manger at all. Chris Campbell is the manager at the Brooklyn OH location!! This guy Chris Campbell had an even worse attitude than Tom. Chris Campbell said and I quote "you're already not gonna do business with us again so shy would we help you". This is all after I've already spent $1500 with the company. No refund no fix no nothing. Not to mention when I was shopping there the store was completely empty. It looks like they will be going out of business any day! And the half off signs are a SCAM! They jack up the price and tell you it's half off which is RIDICULOUS. NEVER BUY FURNITURE OR ANYTHING FROM KRONHEIMS YOULL REGRET IT! If I could give negative stars I would.
