  • Jeremy and his team are amazing. I sought out a second lender after my first lender couldn't get me approved for the type of home loan I needed and I took a chance on The House Team. I knew immediately that I had made the right choice. (About 30 minutes). I am certainly not wealthy and had some challenges finding a property that I could qualify for and afford. Once I did, Jeremy's group immediately went to work. From start to close I was kept in the loop through email, phone, and text messaging. If you don't want to be bombarded with information and updates, don't pick Jeremy. Unless of course, you prefer to know where you stand at each of his 15 steps along the way. If I ever buy another home, my first call will be to Jeremy and The House Team. Thank you for making my dream a reality. Tawn
