  • My family is being discriminated against by Schwab. My deceased mother was a low income senior and Schwab is holding on to what little money she had and not distributing to her rightful heirs. We have provided the death certificate, small estate affidavit, every bit of paperwork to prove where she lived and died. Every conceivable piece of paper their incompetent staff at the estate distribution department has requested I have provided. No one responds timely. I've been told they are too busy and understaffed to follow up. I have been told my paperwork is not enough to prove my siblings and I are the rightful beneficiaries. By not accepting the paperwork from our attorney we are being called liars, frauds and cheats. We are not sure we will ever be able to receive our dead mother's money from these scheisters. If you have other avenues for IRA's and investments I recommend you do business ELSEWHERE. AVOID SCHWAB AT ALL COST!
