| - I thought the place was chaotic and loud, but my 2 year old had a blast! The staff seemed friendly and helpful, helping the littler kids get the most out of some of the bounce houses that really are meant for older kids.
We went for the "Preschool Playdate" which is a 2-hour long jump period for kids ages 7 and younger. Reservations are strongly recommended especially during summer; the session is limited to 35 kids, so if you haven't made a reservation and they have 35 kids already, you're out of luck that day. I think the name of the session is a bit misleading as you'd think "Preschool" would refer to kids age 5 and younger, which I think would be a better age range, but that being said, the bigger kids did seem to be aware of the small kids and there weren't any serious accidents or altercations while we were there.
Overall, the place seems to be great for kids that are a bit older. If you're thinking of trying it out for your toddler, I'd first determine how your child does with bounce houses, bigger kids, and a loud atmosphere. My kid loves all of the above, but even she hit sensory overload at about 1.5 hours in and that was enough for her.
