  • I bought a gift certificate which allows me to choose four different types of services for the price of one, good for one year. When I came in for my appointment, I requested one of the services and was told that it wasn't included even though it was listed on the gift certificate - I thought this was kinda shady. The owner cut my hair a little too short so that made me sad. She did not wash my hair afterwards which also made me sad and very itchy.
