  • We've only been here for a couple of weeks, but this is a beautiful community and we've been very pleased with the responsiveness of the friendly office staff and friendly maintenance staff. The grounds are very well kept including all of the grass, mature trees, walking paths, and spacious parking lots. The gym is beautiful and well maintained, and the multiple pools and hot tubs ensure a short walk no matter where in the community you reside. Friends stopped by to help me unpack -- they loved the tranquil setting and the amount of space in my 2-story unit. The apartment has large windows, A LOT of storage space, and beautiful tranquil views. The only reason we did not award the full five stars was due to a mix-up at move in, which the staff resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend Broadstone Talavera for anyone who wants to live in a quaint, safe community.
