  • I don't know what it is, but every time I come in the customer service is just terrible! I always think "why not just check?" And I always leave disappointed! If you ask a question, you're totally disrupting whatever the workers are doing - heaven forbid! Also, the shoes are pretty expensive for a rack room. But if you love shoes like me, you'll probably come back anyway!
