  • I have bought over a dozen pieces from Steinhafels. I like there selection and if you buy during sales the prices aren't bad. I continue to buy from them but the sales are hit or miss. Sometimes people are attentive and helpful, other times i want to throw a lamp to get some attention. This should be four stars but the staff needs some customer service training. This includes one of the managers who I witnessed belittling a salesperson on the sales floor. It irritated me pretty bad and we almost walked out.
