  • I rarely post negative reviews--especially when you're looking for a positive recommendation--but my last experience with Two Men and a Truck was terrible; I would avoid them at all cost. They handled some smaller moves for my grandparents in the past and were acceptable but totally mishandled a larger and customized move. I had two large trucks reserved to transport a full house worth of belongings from storage units to our new build. I also had a group of a dozen people waiting at my home to help bring boxes in to reduce costs. Two Men and A Truck rented out one of the vehicles to another customer last minute, believing they could get back to my job in time. They were nearly two hours late getting back--it was on a Monday evening so few of our friends could stay all night to wait for the truck. I also had to stay extra hours at the storage unit and was unable to direct the unload at my home. Without the additional help, we ran into overtime charges from Two Men and A Truck. They only refunded $100 and change. On top of that, my grandfather's tool box (full of very valuable, even vintage tools) disappeared off the truck. They took no responsibility for the disappearance.
