  • I had the pleasure of meeting the GM, Cody. He came out to my place for a quote. I very much appreciate his attention as soon as he introduced himself. He asked, "would you like me to remove my shoes, prior to entering and leaving them outside"? I was so surprised by this. I said, well yes and believe it or not no one has ever inquired and just walk all over my carpet and flooring with their dirty shoes. It's an Asian custom to not wear or have shoes worn or visible in the home and it just makes sense not to bring dirt in. Cody was courteous, professional and just a really good guy! Aside from the shoes in the house an wearing them...Cody took a look at my windows and assessed them. He informed that the windows are double pane and in really good condition. What I need done is a repair and or parts that they don't provide, but he referred me to another company that may be able to help. I am thankful and grateful for the honesty delivered instead of trying to sell me on an entire window replacement and trying to sell me on changing out all my windows. I will keep this companies information for future referrals and should I ever decide to replace my windows. Also thank you fellow Yelpers for the great reviews that lead me to contact K&J in the first place! FYI: This company provides and does a entire new window replacement. They do not replace just the glass and or parts. They also will do all windows of a home. This was all explained to me by Cody and it makes complete sense why this is done this way. Excellent service from my initial call through my assessment/quote and referral. THANK YOU! :)
