Be very careful when trying on dresses here. The associates will say whatever is needed to try make their sale. Everything is an "easy fix" or "very doable". Well the "easy fix" of adding straps to my dress was quoted at $350 ($100 for material and $250 for alterations). And the alterations altogether, that they made seem so easy, were actually very complicated and expensive. Even when they clearly knew I was a bride on a budget, they didn't recommend finding a dress that needed less alterations and I was unfortunately clueless to how expensive they could get.
Be careful of their incentive they offer for 20% off if you purchase the first day you come in to try on. Wanting to save the money, I made a split decision but as soon as I left the store I had a feeling I had made a mistake, and now I am unable to say I have my dream dress because I bought it on a whim.
Also they clip every dress on you so it is form fitting even if that isn't how the actual dress fits. They clipped the dress I bought lower than the flare in the actual dress so it was very form fitting but when I got the dress, it wasn't actually built like that and was looser at the bottom. And alterations to fix that were NOT cheap either!
The chest was too low and they said I could just have alterations take it in so it wasn't so low but after meeting with someone in their store I was told this was not the case. I had to add material, which was a bummer as I was told it could just be taken in.
Customer service is not great, especially after the sale is made.
