  • BEWARE this company is completely fraudulent. My home warranty company sent them out and they were supposed to change a pan in my refrigerator. The technician claimed that he changed it but the problem persisted and when another company came out to look they found that he had only taped the crack with silver tape and completely lied about replacing the pan. When I called all desert appliance to let the female who answers the phone know about this she basically seemed like she did not care.... so obviously it's a mom-and-pop operation maybe the wife or daughter answers the phone and the husband goes out and supposedly does crummy repair work and he is completely dishonest. I would like to choose zero stars but that is not an option.
