rev:text	Love the staff. They are very friendly, professional, good customer service. They made us feel at ease. We got our daughter's High School Senior photos done here. I was a little confused with the pricing, though. We've never had photos like this done, so pricing was a bit shocking and we weren't prepared as we would have liked. Our daughter's senior year has turned out very expensive so far. Scheduling took a little bit of work not because of them, but because when I made the original appointment, I didn't realize or know that my daughter had a retreat in one of her extracurricular groups. I think I had to reschedule twice, but everything worked out. But as far as the photos, the photo session was efficient. I believe everything was on time and they talked to us about various options on shooting. I'm a stickler for people not wasting our time, so it's good that they honored this. Then there was a short time between when the photos were taken to selecting the pics. And then maybe another few more weeks before the final product was ready. I think it's been ready a couple weeks or more, but today we finally got to pick them up. The photos looked very nice. Olivia and Joni (I believe that's her name) were very nice each time I dealt with them, and they remembered our conversations. I'm sure they deal with a lot of people, so it's nice that they remember specific personal things about their clients. Would highly recommend and I look forward to using them again when my son is a Senior. We'll be more prepared for the costs by then.
