  • Found Elvira's via Groupon so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Penadas to start, 2 of each Bean & Fish. Very good. Then we ordered the short ribs & the chicken stew. We both had the coconut rice and potato salad. Both were very good, fall off the bone tender. They were nice enough to bring me a sample of the oxtail and a couple specialty beverages. Overall very much enjoyed it. Super nice, very attentive to their customers.
