  • I recently just tried to return a husky tool box that fell apart on me in less than a year, being that it was supposed to have a lifetime warranty I thought it was going to be no problem to exchange it for a new one. When I brought it in a gentleman immediately said I don't have that box here and then him and a couple other employees where really on the defensive of me even purchasing it there. When I asked to speak to the manager he simply didn't even whant to talk to me. The managers name was derrick.
