  • I have been here for about 4 times and was satisfied with the services and food until today. I wanted my wife and daughter to try the food here. We came in and ordered one 1lb burger with mac and cheese. Since there were no tables available to dine in, we decided to take them "to go". However as we were leaving, a few tables become available and we wanted to sit. But an employee told us that since it was two of us and we ordered only one burger we could not take any tables. It was my first time experiencing this and I was not sure if they use that excuse to make people buy more. What if a budget-limited customer comes in next time and cannot afford to buy an order for each family member? Would you kick them out? Anyways, my wife was extremely upset and disappointed. They just lost a customer and also a "word of mouth" from me. My wife and I are not recommending them to any of my friends anymore.
