  • The store itself. Gorgeous! I love the jewelry in every color that they have . Now unto the associate. I usually have OK service at charming Charlie's but there's one girl in particular that worked at this one that rubbed me the wrong way. I was with a friend and I wanted to know if they had this ring in a rose-gold color. My friend said to ask this associate n she overheard us, gave me a look like I was bothering her n said she'd go look in the back. Bout 5 minutes passed, n when I saw the associate, she just walked by me n continued her work. Didn't bother to let me know if she had the ring or not. Didnt tell my friend if she had the ring. Just acted as if we were annoying her n didn't ask for assistance. I had planned to buy a couple of jewelry that day, not just the one ring. It wasn't a huuge deal but when you get the feeling an employee is bothered by you, it's not a fun shopping experience.
