It used to be a hole in the wall, but they expanded and redid the inside, it looks very nice now. It was pack for post new years lunch time.
They messed up on multiple items (the order was given in Vietnamese so there was no language barrier problem), usually missing meatballs when we wanted them, and including stuff we didn't want but got anyway.
I got the shaken beef with white rice for $10. Pretty good. I do not reccomend their bun bo hue: the meat had no flavor, it's kinda grey, as if it was merely boiled in water. The chili does come separate though if you can't handle spiciness. The pho was decent, it has the strong anise star aroma. An order of eggrolls included 4 of them with veggies. I'm not sure what the price was but they were small fast food type eggrolls.
If you eat here i recommend trying to be seated in the separate bar/lounge room. It's less noisy and secluded from the hussle and bussle of the main room. However service is kinda lacking in this room as well.
