Oh my goodness gracious. I need to know how to make a cake taste like that. I am a baker. I bake. I have a baking business .. and I need to know how to make my cakes taste like that.
I have been wanting to try Nothing Bundt Cakes for awhile now, my co-worker recommended them ages ago, but I was in the area yesterday and decided to stop in. I'm so glad I did! I sampled the red velvet chip cake that they had out and it practically melted in my mouth. Totally forgot that I was supposed to be there checking out prices and peeking at the cakes, no.. give me one. The cashier recommended white chocolate raspberry so white chocolate raspberry it is. Amazing flavor, extremely moist, even the second day. Quite possibly the best cake I have ever tasted and like I said - I'm a baker. Wow. Icing was rich, but I'm not a huge icing fan anyway, I just like enough to dot on the cake. But when I finished my mini bundt cake on the second day, I was literally looking through the bottom of the clear container to make sure there was no more cake hiding under the icing that I hadn't seen before. Like I really was sad it was gone. I'm really going to try to figure out the secret to this wonderfully moist cake. And I am big on taking pictures but never getting around to writing the review on Yelp, but I had to write a review for this cake. That should tell you it's amazing.
