We were so excited for Pancho's to open. We watched it being built and couldn't wait for it to open. I signed up for information and updates on their website before they opened. I never received any updates or emails, maybe that was an omen? When we did visit the restaurant we were impressed with the design and decor, its really beautiful. Unfortunately, that was the best part. The hostesses at the front seemed confused and took a long time to figure out where to seat our party of 4, even thought the restaurant had lots of open tables. Service was underwhelming, took a long time to get drinks and order our food. Food was fine, nothing special considering the prices were very high compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area. They can't beat Juan's Flaming Fajitas for great Mexican food, awesome service and reasonable prices. I was hoping to find a great Mexican alternative closer to home, but Panchos isn't it for our family unfortunately.
