  • I purchased my home through DR horton. They contracted with Heritage. The flooring through out my house has gaps between each tile piece. I had a scheduled appointment today for this company to come and replace all the floors. I moved all my furniture and waited all day. Well they never showed up and never called. Needless to say I am beyond pissed off. Wasting my time and energy moving furniture just to move it back and not have any of it fixed. This is not the first time I had a scheduled appointment and they never showed. Worst customer service!! I would give then -5 stars!
