  • WORSE. CUT. EVER. I went in the beginning of March to get a trim off (split ends) and just keep in mind my hair was down to the butt crack. Healthy but just with split ends. I specifically told the lady, she sounds Russian or something, and I told her JUST SPLIT ENDS, THREE times !! And I didn't feel her cutting so short, but when I was done, SHE CUT IT ALL THE WAY UP TO MY SHOULDERS!!! I cried so bad and she had the GUTS to ask for a f**king tip !! NEVER EVER GOING BACK.
