I really hate going to places that are new to me but a friend took me here and I'm almost wondering why...
Her experience wasn't as bad as mine, but she did say that they were hurting her cuticles too.
While she got her manicure done, I got a pedicure since I was in town for a gala and was planning on wearing open toe shoes. I would say the location wasn't necessarily in an affluent neighborhood, but the customers that were there were pretty darn entertaining! Great for people watching for sure!
But my pedicure...ughhh the biggest waste of my time and money. Luckily I just opted for the very basic pedicure so I only spent $24. This girl who did my toes needs to get her eyes checked. My toe nails were trimmed super unevenly and she attempted to straighten them out but definitely was not perfect. When she was rubbing my legs with the scrub, she just kept going up and down my legs so carelessly that she was getting the scrub on my pants. She didn't even clean off the scrub well enough that my legs felt sticky..... as if this was bad enough, I had nail polish on not only my toe NAILS but on my toes too.... she was very distracted and texting and talked on the phone for a good 15 minutes and paused my pedicure. I would have asked for someone else but the other staff members already had customers...... by far the WORST pedicure I have ever gotten.
