  • This place is horrible!! I have lived here for 8 months, and my thermostat has not worked for a single day since I moved in. It is still not working... I have had over 10 technicians to my house, including the maintenance manager and office manager. Every time they come out they either turn it to 50 degrees or 90 degrees. I have no control to shut it off. I am either sweating or freezing, and can never sleep in my own home. I asked for some kind of credit for my utilities bill, because I do not want to pay for something I hate. They quickly declined my request. I have yet another maintenance personal coming to my apartment today. Please excuse me if I am less than optimistic.
