  • Not impressed with their service at all. We were told the wait would be 20-25 minutes which was fine, it's a Sunday morning on Father's Day. The problem is that we've been waiting for 45 minutes and were not told when we arrived that guests with reservations would be seated first. We didn't even know you could make a reservation. When my friend went to the front desk about 20 minutes ago, a young woman said that our table was being set. It's now 20 minutes later and still no table. My friend went back to the desk to see what's going on and a manager told him "I don't know who told you your table was going to be ready. They shouldn't have said that". Well what kind of establishment doesn't inform their guest about seating policies. It would have made so much more sense to say "You're on the list but I want you to know that when reservations come in you'll be moved down a spot" but no, they didn't do that.
